Some Key Points:

All full time Zoo employees must get a TB Test as well as ALL animal staff (including seasonal/temp animal staff). Volunteers and Interns who work with our animals should also be tested if they have not been within the last year.

  1. You must have your TB test read 48-72 hours after it is administered.  If you do not, you may need to take it all over again, so PLEASE plan accordingly.

  2. Please print the 2 attachments below, fill them out in advance and bring them with you to your test.

  3. APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED for test admin only

OFF-SITE TB TEST INFORMATION

  1. Between now and September 30, 2021 you can go to any TriHealth Occupational Health Care location listed on the attached forms to get your TB Test/Reads.

  2. Please call ahead and schedule an appointment in order to hopefully limit your wait time at the clinic. TriHealth will then bill us directly for the test so no money out of pocket is needed for this service. Please note that the former Norwood location is no longer open.
