Cincinnati Zoo and Cincinnati Reds Team Up for Special Days at the Zoo and the Ballpark
Fiona bobblehead ticket packages available for June 19 game
CINCINNATI, OH (June 14, 2018) – Cincinnatians love the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, the Cincinnati Reds, and Fiona, and on June 19 they will be able to enjoy all three during Zoo Night at Great American Ball Park. The Zoo will bring animals for a pre-game parade, Sam the bald eagle will fly from the outfield to the pitcher’s mound during the National Anthem, and fans that purchase a special ticket package will receive a Fiona bobblehead!
The Zoo is returning the favor by hosting Reds Day at the Zoo on June 18. The festivities go from 11 am – 3 pm and include visits with the mascots and a Q&A with pitchers Amir Garrett, Jared Hughes & Michael Lorenzen in the Wings of Wonder Theater starting at 11:30 am. The Zoo opens at 9 am for members and ZAT ticket holders & 10 am to the public. Doors to the Ameritas Wings of Wonder Theater open at 11 am! Seats are first to come first serve.
